The next dungeon is a mountain of fire known as Mt. Blaze, which is said to be a very dangerous place filled with Fire-type Pokémon, and that we have to deal with a very powerful opponent. This can be a rough adventure, and there is a side area that can be used for training if Mt. Blaze ends up being that difficult.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Before entering Mt. Blaze, we check out Rock Path, and you can find Nidorina, Nidorino, Zubat, Pidgeot, and Numel in Rock Path. This can be good for collecting items if you feel you are low on them.
As for Mt. Blaze, you can encounter Slugma, Numel, Magby, Pidgeot, Torkoal, Fearow, and Arcanine, and on most sources, it says that Rapidash can be found in Mt. Blaze, from my experience, I have not encountered a Rapidash in Mt. Blaze, but I know you can find Rapidash in the original game. One source that I use is Serebii.net, and this is where I find my info for dungeons.
This place is not nice to Grass-type Pokémon, and some of these Fire-types have dangerous moves, Slugma can use Incinerate to burn up any food items you have, Numel can use Flame Burst to get heavy damage, and it has Magnitude, which affects everyone in the room, and it can hurt your teammates. Magby can use Fire Spin and Smokescreen, and it can use Smog, Slugma also knows that move as well. Pidgeot is possibly the toughest opponent in this dungeon, it can use Hurricane, which can hurt if it does connect, it does also know Agility and Quick Attack, but you should come prepared as fighting Pidgeot can be a challenge.
Torkoal can have Drought for its Ability, and any Fire-type moves, like Flame Burst, can do even more damage, and if you have any Grass-type Pokémon, this will be even more dangerous, as for Torkoal, it can boost its Defense with Withdraw, and like Magby, it can use Smokescreen.
Arcanine and Fearow also appear at the peak of Mt. Blaze, Arcanine can use Fire Fang and Thunder Fang, and those moves can deal some good damage, and Fearow can use Drill Run, and its Fury Attack can deal a lot of damage if it gets in some successful hits.
Mt. Blaze has 14 floors in total, the main dungeon has 12 floors, and Mt. Blaze Peak as two floors, the floor after that leads to a boss fight. Moltres is the second Legendary boss fight, and unfortunately, it is just two of you against it, Moltres can use moves like Fire Spin and Wing Attack, so I would recommend coming in with an All Power-Up Orb and All Dodge Orb, as those are great in boss fights. If you have any Water-type Pokémon, they should do well in the fight, Grass-types will have a difficult time, I taught Thunderbolt to Skitty to handle the Flying-type Pokémon in Mt. Blaze, like Pidgeot and Fearow, and that will also be helpful against Moltres.
We then go through some dialogue after beating Moltres, and we leave Mt. Blaze to travel to our next destination.
You don't encounter the strong foe of this dungeon at this point, but in future visits, you can encounter Azumarill as the strong foe, and there is a chance of finding a Shiny Azumarill. If it has Huge Power, Azumarill can use some dangerous moves, like Rollout if it uses Defense Curl before it, and it has some good ranged Water-type moves, like Bubble, Water Gun, and Bubble Beam. While bringing a Grass-type to Mt. Blaze is very risky, an Electric or Poison-type is your best shot at taking on Azumarill, and this is a tough opponent, but you do get some good experience for defeating it.
