During our fugitive life, we enter a land of snow, this area is Frosty Forest. Much like the other dungeons before it, it will be a tough adventure, as there are some more challenging Pokémon to face, and a very powerful opponent will be waiting for us at the end.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Like with Mt. Blaze, there is a side dungeon called Snow Path, which can be accessed and it has four floors, and you can find Pokémon like Azurill, Furret, Snorunt, and a few others in that dungeon.
Then for Frosty Forest, this place might look like an area inhabited by Ice-type Pokémon, but there are a few Normal and Rock-type Pokémon as well, you can encounter Furret, Azurill, Nosepass, Snorunt, Piloswine, Ditto, Mightyena, Rhyhorn, Lairon, and Metang. The main dungeon of Frosty Forest has 9 floors, while the Heart of the Frosty Forest has 4 floors. I see they changed the name to Heart of the Frosty Forest, because in the original, it was called Frosty Grotto. We do get some lines at around the 6th floor, I wonder who those lines come from.
Now onto the Pokémon encountered there, Furret can use Coil and Agility, and if ever it sets up a few Coil boost, it can hit hard with Fury Swipes, and it also knows Quick Attack. Azurill isn't too threatening, while it does know moves like Water Gun and Bubble Beam, it can use Charm to lower your Attack, and Water Sport to decrease the damage from Fire-type moves. Nosepass can be a tricky foe, it can use Rest, and if you don't knock it out quickly, it will fully restore its HP if it wakes up. It can also use Block and Thunder Wave, so you will need some powerful moves to take it down. Snorunt can use moves like Icy Wind and Ice Shard, which have good range, and it can use Double Team to decrease the chances of it getting hit by attacks. Piloswine does have a lot of HP, and it does know some dangerous moves, like Fury Attack, Mud Bomb, and Ice Fang, and it can also use Icy Wind and Ancient Power for other possible moves, and Endure so it can survive some hits for one turn. Ditto is a strange case, it can appear disguised as an item, and if it Transforms into one of your Pokémon, there is a chance that all of your teammates will get confused, so I would take Ditto down quickly, and I recommend bringing a Petrify Wand so there won't be any problems if you come across a Ditto.
Mightyena is capable of learning the Elemental Fangs, and it can use Snarl to lower your Special Attack, and Howl to boost its Attack power, this can be a tough opponent if you don't have any good Fighting-type moves, otherwise using Special Attacks is a good option in taking it down. Rhyhorn is another Pokémon that can use Fury Attack, and it can also use Scary Face to lower your movement speed, Lairon is a defensive opponent, as its typing does give it some good resistances, but you should get in some heavy damage if you have any Fighting or Ground-type moves to target that 4x weakness, it can use some dangerous moves like Iron Head and Rock Slide, and if Lairon has Rock Head, it will not take any recoil from Take Down, and for Metang, it can use Magnet Rise to give it an immunity to Ground-type moves, and it can use Metal Claw and Confusion for damaging moves.
When you get to the end of Frosty Forest, there is yet another boss fight, and it is against Articuno. It can use Icy Wind and Powder Snow for ranged attacks, and it can use Mist so that you cannot lower its stats. It can be a tough opponent, but it wasn't as annoying as in the original games, because Articuno was a pain, as Powder Snow affected the whole room, and it knew Agility, and if you had any Grass-type Pokémon with you, Articuno was a dangerous opponent. If you have any Fire-type Pokémon, they will be your best help for that fight, Grass-types will have a tough time.
Unlike with Moltres, who we succeeded with convincing, it doesn't work on Articuno, but at least Absol comes in and stops Articuno before anything bad happens, and we must set off to stop the natural disasters, and with Absol as our new teammate.
In future visits to Frosty Forest, there is a strong foe for that dungeon, and out of all the Pokémon, it has to be Spinda, and there is a chance of finding a Shiny Spinda. The worst Spinda can do is use moves like Hypnosis and Teeter Dance, it can also use Copycat to copy the last move you used, and Psybeam for a powerful ranged attack, it should take some hits to defeat Spinda, but you will be awarded with a Deluxe Box, but you won't encounter Spinda on your first visit to Frosty Forest.
