It is time to enter Northern Range and track down the thief that stole Kecleon's TMs. Northern Range is filled with Flying-type Pokémon, and the Pokémon that took the TMs is known to fly at very high speeds, so it can be really tough if we want to try and corner that thief.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is finally time to find the culprit behind the theft of Kecleon's TMs, he is hiding in Northern Range, which has 25 floors and is filled with Flying-type Pokémon. I brought Altaria for this one, as it does have Dragon Dance and Fury Attack, and I heard about how good Altaria is, specially in boss battle where if you link Dragon Dance, Fury Attack, Outrage, and Sing, it can wreck bosses, and if you equip a Persim Band to Altaria, it will not get confused, and if you find an Empowerment Seed, Altaria can Mega Evolve, and its Pixilate Ability can turn any of its Normal-type moves to Fairy-type moves, and this is very useful for the boss of this dungeon.
Now onto encounters, you can find Hoothoot, Dodrio, Ninjask, Pidgeot, Xatu, Beautifly, Ledian, Fearow, Swellow, Jumpluff, Noctowl, Togetic, Spinarak, and Seviper. Some of these Pokémon can be helpful teammates, Xatu can use Ominous Wind, Beautifly and Ledian know Silver Wind, and while they can be dangerous while fighting them, they can be very good, specially against the boss of this dungeon.
In order to access Northern Range, you need to have explored Solar Cave, then talk to Wigglytuff, who will give you the Southern Island Camp, and on the next day, Kecleon's TMs will be stolen by the thief, who can be found on the 25th floor of Northern Range.
The boss of this dungeon is Latios, a Dragon/Psychic-type Eon Pokémon, it does have some powerful moves like Luster Purge and Dragon Breath, it can get annoying if you get paralyzed by Dragon Breath. Latios should not be that tough if you brought any Ice, Dark, or Fairy-type Pokémon with you, if you have Altaria with you, it should have both Dragon Dance and Fury Attack linked together, and you can Mega Evolve it with the Empowerment Seed, so that way Altaria can get in some heavy damage on Latios.
After the fight, we return to Pokémon Square, and we learn the reason why Latios stole the TMs from Kecleon's Shop, and that our next destination is Pitfall Valley, where it is said that no one has been able to escape from its depths, so this will be a very tough adventure.
If you revisit Northern Range, you can encounter a strong foe, and that Pokémon is Ninetales, and there is a chance of finding a Shiny Ninetales. It can use Nasty Plot to boost its Special Attack, and Flamethrower for some heavy damage. If you are able to recruit a Shiny Ninetales, it can be a good Fire-type to use, as it can use some nice TM moves like Solar Beam, Dark Pulse, Flame Charge, and many others, and Ninetales is great in a sun themed team, even though it cannot get Drought in this game. Ninetales does get some good Tutor moves, like Heat Wave to damage enemies in one room, and it can use Laser Focus to boost the chances of getting a critical hit, Ninetales can be a good Pokémon to try and get if you are able to recruit it, and you will likely need a Friend Bow to increase your odds on getting the Shiny Ninetales, as the odds of recruiting a Shiny Pokémon is not that high.
