This video shows the battle with Jirachi at the end of Wish Cave. I have made it to the end of this 99 floor dungeon, and I have managed to get good luck with the moves on the Pokémon that I brought with me to Wish Cave, and they have helped out in that dungeon, I didn't lose all my Reviver Seeds or send a rescue request, so it wasn't that tough of an adventure, but then again it is based on luck what moves you get and what Pokémon you bring with you to the dungeon.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Wish Cave has 99 floors, and as I do not plan to show off Joyous Tower, I will go over which Pokémon can be found there, and you do get some good items at the end.
Bulbasaur, Metapod, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Pidgeot, Fearow, Arbok, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Diglett, Dugtrio, Persian, Psyduck, Victreebel, Graveler, Golem, Ponyta, Rapidash, Farfetch'd, Doduo, Grimer, Electrode, Exeggutor, Koffing, Weezing, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Chansey, Tangela, Kangaskhan, Scyther, Magmar, Pinsir, Tauros, Ditto, Eevee, Aerodactyl, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Ledyba, Ledian, Ariados, Pichu, Igglybuff, Bellossom, Azumarill, Skiploom, Sunflora, Pineco, Forretress, Dunsparce, Gligar, Granbull, Scizor, Heracross, Teddiursa, Houndour, Houndoom, Porygon2, Stantler, Smoochum, Magby, Blissey, Pupitar, Treecko, Torchic, Mightyena, Linoone, Dustox, Gardevoir, Masquerain, Shroomish, Breloom, Slakoth, Slaking, Nincada, Skitty, Lairon, Manectric, Plusle, Minun, Camerupt, Trapinch, Flygon, Cacnea, Swablu, Altaria, Seviper, Lunatone, Claydol, Kecleon, Shuppet, Dusclops, Tropius, Snorunt, Glalie, Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence, Beldum, Metang, Metagross, Happiny

The nice thing about Joyous Tower is that it is the only dungeon where you can recruit a Kecleon without having to steal from its shop, and there are a lot of rare Pokémon, most of which being starters, so the main reason to visit Joyous Tower is to recruit some of those rare Pokémon. In the original games, there was no point to revisit Joyous Tower, while it was the only place to recruit Chansey or Ponyta, you can go through Wish Cave with the Wish Box.
This video shows off the battle with Jirachi, it has Confusion and Zen Headbutt for moves, and if you brought any All-Protect Orbs or any good items, you should be able to do it, provided if you have Heat Wave on Charizard if you brought it along with you.
The list of wishes is Lots of Money, as stated, you get a ton of money, Lots of items awards you with items, A camp gives you one that you do not have yet, this isn't necessary, as you will likely have bought all the camps from Wigglytuff's Camp Corner, More Strength gives you stat-boosting drinks, and Something good is where a Pokémon you do not have yet will join your team, so I can see some players using this dungeon in the original games to get hard to recruit Pokémon like Chansey or Kecleon using Wish Cave. After you have made your wish, Jirachi will join your team, it will be at Level 45 when recruited.
Going over Jirachi's moves, it can have Confusion and Zen Headbutt for starting moves, and it can have Psychic for an attack option, and some nice status moves like Wish, Helping Hand, Refresh, and Lucky Chant for support. Its level up moves aren't the greatest, it does get Healing Wish to heal its teammates at the cost of Jirachi's HP being lowered to 1, but if you can link it with Wish, those two moves work well together. Its signature move Doom Desire is not that good, it's just Future Sight where Jirachi does not attack on the first turn, and then unleashes an attack on the next turn.
Jirachi does get some good TM moves, like Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Grass Knot, Energy Ball, Light Screen, Reflect, Psyshock, U-turn, and many others. For Tutor moves, it can learn the three Elemental Punches, Signal Beam, Iron Head, Icy Wind, Iron Defense, Telekinesis, Recycle, Drain Punch, Shock Wave, Water Pulse, Uproar, and a few others. Jirachi's level up movepool might seem to not be the best, although it does get Wish, Refresh, Helping Hand, and Healing Wish to support its teammates, it can use Calm Mind and some good Special moves like Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, and Psychic for some powerful moves.
There is a dungeon called Illusory Grotto, which I did try to see if I can get that dungeon to show up, because to enter Illusory Grotto, you have to faint in a dungeon and not ask for a rescue, then there will be a chance for Illusory Grotto to show up, I tried entering Fiery Field with a Shedinja and fainting there many times, but I couldn't get Illusory Grotto to show up, so I might not show off Illusory Grotto in this playthrough.
