A new update for Nintendo Entertainment System has included more SNES games, three of them, those being Panel de Pon, Operation Logic Bomb, and Wild Guns, and for the NES part of Nintendo Switch Online, one new game is included called Rygar.
This one is Panel de Pon, a puzzle game that released only in Japan, and it did not get any translation, and was developed by Intelligent Systems and released in 1995.
Panel de Pon was never released outside of Japan, instead we get Tetris Attack, and instead of a fantasy setting with fairy-like characters in this version, it instead had characters from Yoshi's Island. The main character of this game is called Lip, and the flower that she holds is called Lip's Stick, this flower did appear in Super Smash Bros. Melee as an item.
There have been other games that had the same gameplay style as Panel de Pon, like Pokémon Puzzle Challenge for the Game Boy, which had Pokémon from Gen 2, and Pokémon Puzzle League for Nintendo 64 which had characters from the Pokémon Anime.
As for Panel de Pon's representation in Smash Bros. other than the Lip's Stick, Lip's Theme from that game first appeared as a song in Super Smash Bros. Brawl where it would play on the PictoChat stage, and in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, that song played on Wrecking Crew, and in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it can play on stages from the "Other" series, so that's stages that do not have any playable characters from that series. This is the first time this version of Panel de Pon is playable outside of Japan, but I do wonder if ever we will see Tetris Attack come out on the Nintendo Switch Online's list of Super Nintendo Entertainment System games.
