Pokémon Nuzlocke: A Leaf Green Fail
0I tried to complete a nuzlocke challenge in Pokémon Leaf Green.
As you can tell from the tittle, I failed... miserably.
This is the journey of that attempt.
Underneath you can find the rules I used on this run.
1. If a pokemon faints, it's dead and can no longer be used.
2. only the first pokemon in any new region can be caught. If it runs, tough luck
3. All pokemon must be nicknamed to create a stronger bond
4. No safe scumming. If a strong pokemon dies, I can't go back to a previous safe state.
5. HM's are only usuable on pokemon caught. If I can't progress because my pokemon can't learn the right HM, the run is over.
6. All pokemon fainting is the end of the run even if I have pokemon in pc storage
7. Random starter. The last digit of trainer id determines my starting pokemon. 1-3 is Bulbasaur, 4-6 is Charmander, 7-9 is Squirtle, 0 is free pick
