In the endgame of any Reborn run, one of your biggest problems is going to be the Arceus. This thing has ridiculous stats to the point where powerful attacks barely scratch it, enough power to one shot most opposing Pokemon, boosted Moonlight recovery, and is impossible to plan for because it constantly changes types randomly. The first thing you should do when planning for the Elite 4 is figure out how you're going to take this thing down.

For Mono Electric, I started planning about halfway through the game after making a certain discovery.

Alolan Golem is a frequently overlooked Pokemon, but Reborn's terrain effects, specifically its boost to the easily summonable Electric Terrain, give it some chance to shine. It's signature ability Galcanize goes from boosting Normal type attacks by 1.2x to 1.5x. And also, Explosion gains a 1.5x power boost in this terrain as well.

Explosion with 250 base power
x1.5 For Galvanize, turning it into an Electric type move
x1.5 for Electric Terrain's boost to all Electric type moves
x1.5 for Electric Terrain's boost to Explosion
x1.5 for STAB
= A base power of about *1265*

Even return is hitting base power above 400, which makes Golem a surprisingly powerful and consistent Pokemon in this run, but Explosion is so overkill that it can one shot anything in its path that isn't Ground type. Even something with 255 base HP and 155 base defense AND max EV investment in both. My calcs showed about a minimum of 115% damage, pretty good for an attack with no boosting item.

Combine that with the very specific effect of changing New World field via Gravity so other terrains can come into effect that I've known about for a while but never had a practical application for, and you have the setup for a flashy and difficult fight. Golem could not participate in the first battle, and Magnezone was not allowed to take any damage as to not break Sturdy. I'll leave the Pokepaste here, the first fight looks quite easy but rest assured, things went nearly perfectly and figuring out a way to beat one of the hardest fights in the game down nearly 2 mons was not simple.
