So, if you're reading this it might be too late, but, spoilers. I'm skipping most of the dialogue because that's not the point of this video, but that doesn't mean there's nothing to spoil.

Okay, doing the entire elite 4 in one run was one hell of a test of patience. I kept making dumb mistakes or missing Dracos on Elias. I'm comfortable calling it the hardest part of this challenge.

Firstly, I wanna talk about the team, because you'll definitely see some interesting choices.

Mega Gengar: The most self explanatory member. Gengar wipes the floor with most of the elite 4. It's not particularly amazing on either Lin battle due to her Pokemon's sheer pulse2 bulk, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a place there, even if that place is sacking it for damage on Arceus.

Naganadel: The most important member against Laura/Bennett, Elias, and the first Lin battle. Speed Beast Boost came in clutch on two of those fights, and I'm not entirely sure Elias would be possible without it.

Skuntank: No joke, this was the third Pokemon I decided on. There are so many threats in this gauntlet that a strong Sucker Punch helps with. Pursuit even found a use as well, and it was the finishing piece in the strategy against Elias.

Crobat: The bat has so many different roles in the elite 4. You'll see me change its set quite often.

Roserade: My Choice Scarf user, because a fast Nature Power was extremely important in two cases: Elias and Lin 2. You'll see, it's pretty damn cool.

Salazzle: This was actually a Nidoking for a while, but I switch to Salazzle for more insurance against Lin's Celesteela. It won't see big play for a while, other than getting sacked to Elias' Dragonite.

And now, I'll go over the individual fights.

0:42: Heather
The easiest battle by far. After Crobat to Crobat communication, there is literally nothing she can do about Mega Gengar.

2:48: Laura and Bennett
Also really easy, but that's in large part thanks to Naganadel. Speed boost allows it to outpace Venusaur's Chlorophyll and get off an Acid Downpour before getting put to sleep. Once that happens,, the battle is over.

4:41: Elias
This guy. Oh man this guy. This was by far the hardest battle to figure out, and because of that I'll mark it as the most difficult. Dragonite is extremely oppressive, and if I'm out of position when Kommo-o uses its Z-Move, I lose. Not to mention, Ditto copying the wrong Pokemon at the wrong time also spells disaster. With no Fairy or Steel type at my disposal, I had to get creative. Lead Gengar, and kill the Noivern. Then the demon appears. Salazzle with Rocky Helmet is sacked for damage. Naganadel has to use Draco Meteor, or else Ditto will ruin my day. The only exception is when it comes to Kommo-o, I am free to Dragon Pulse since I am already dropped and all I need is damage. Roserade with scarf just outspeeding Kommo-o can finish it off. I'm extremely lucky Elias opted for Kangaskhan before Ditto on Rose. After Rose goes down, Gengar can finish it off, and then Skuntank can easily take care of my own Gengar. ANY deviation from this strategy resulted in an immediate loss.

7:24: Anna
You'd think a Psychic type trainer would be more difficult. Nope. Mega Gengar go brrr.

9:11: Lin 1
The only two notable pokemon here are Choice Scarf Garchomp and the PULSE Abra. For some reason, after pursuiting the Delphox, Garchomp doesn't switch out of Crobat even though its locked into Earthquake. After that, I need to set up in a way that I can go into Abra with a boosted Naganadel. Banded Sucker Punch from Skuntank is actually in my favor to OHKO it from full health, but it lived too many times for me to risk it.

14:29 Lin 2
AKA Arceus and friends. Also a difficult one to figure out, but this is finally where Nature Power Roserade truly shines. Choice Scarf Timid barely outpaces the Hydreigon with the terrain speed drop, and Honchkrow can't revenge with Sucker Punch because Nature Power is technically a status move. After that, it's pretty smooth sailing until Arceus. I misplayed my strategy a bit, but it worked out in the end. If I didn't go hard Crobat, it probably could have 1v1'd it.

I did a Lin route run because my initial playthrough was on Anna Smiles, and I wanted to see a new postgame. This also afforded me an excuse for a slightly easier Lin fight, giving Blake the Ruby Ring so I fight a Togekiss rather than a Conkeldurr. Oh, and you heard me right, I am doing postgame. However, it will be a little different. See, postgame is balanced around having uber legendaries towards the end, and poison gets exactly 0 of them lol. So, following the example of the elite 4, I will be dual typing for postgame. I decided to choose my second favorite type: Psychic. That should more than make up for poison's lack of legends. I will still have to keep half my team Poison type, but it should be much more fun nonetheless.
