14More old Game Boy games? You bet! This time, we're starting Pokemon Red Version, a game by Game Freak and Nintendo from 1996!
Last episode, we defeated Lt. Surge and earned the Thunder Badge at the Vermilion City Gym! We also obtained HM01 which teaches CUT to any able Pokemon.
This time, we find HM05 (teaches FLASH) on the other side of the Diglett's Cave. Then we head back to Cerulean City to exchange the Bike Voucher for a Bicycle, and we pedal about halfway through the Rock Tunnel.
My Discord homies voted for Squirtle as the starter Pokemon and I am very happy about that. I might try to remember the Mew glitch at some point so I can catch my favorite psychic bubble cat.
