This take was played on a RetroArch emulator with a PS5 controller.
I have a copy of the game for Game Boy but got a new gaming PC and wanted to test how well everything plays on it for convenience.
This is just a full playthrough with the game's audio only and no commentary.
During this part I continued my save file where I chose an extra Bulbasaur to trade myself later. Starting from this video, I used PKHex to move my starter Bulbasaur to a box, and copy my main team, badges and key items from my main file so I could quickly get to the rare Pokemon in the game. The only purpose of this file is to collect and trade more instances of legit, rare Pokemon to myself so I might as well take a shortcut when I know how. I took it as far as retrieving fossils from Cinnabar Island.
