Hisuian Qwilfish is back, and brings with it its evolution, Overqwil! They've thankfully made it easier to evolve than it was in Legends Arceus - you simply need to level up Qwilfish while it knows the move Barb Barrage (learned at level 28, can use the remember/relearn move to get it back if past that).
