Status of my team so far: Fearow Lv39, Magmar Lv39, Weepinbell Lv39,
Feraligatr Lv39, Ampharos Lv39, Graveler Lv40I had to go through lots
of training to prepare for the final gym leader of Johto. Let's find
out if it paid off. As you know, Clair is the last gym leader of the
Johto region and unlike the other gym leaders, she relies on
Dragon-type Pokemon. Oh and she's the cousin of Lance, the Johto League
Champion... and NOT the Rocket Executive Lance. Clair this time around
is much more challenging but regardless, you have to be prepared.She
has the following Pokemon in her party:Gyarados Lv38, Dragonair Lv38,
Dragonair Lv38, Kingdra Lv41This is really tough to explain. Why
because Clair is using Dragon-type Pokemon and they have two
weaknesses; Ice and Dragon which is ironic because Dragon-types are
powerful but are weak against themselves and the ice-type. She starts
off with Gyarados so have an Electric-type zap that raging beast. Now
we go through those Dragonairs... they are tough as hell with Thunder
Wave hindering you and dishing out pain with Aqua Tail and Dragon
Pulse. If you have an Ice-type or a Pokemon that uses Ice-type moves,
use them. You are gonna need them if you are to take those Dragonair
down.Then there's Kingdra who is powerful with her Hydro Pump and
Dragon Pulse attacks. Paralyze that Kingdra to slow it down then dish
some heavy damage at it. If it heals then be prepared for a very long
battle and pack plenty of healing items because if you are to win this
battle, you got to give it everything you've got and show Clair what
you are really made of.After winning you get the... wait a second!
After winning, Clair still doesn't think you are worthy of the last
badge so she asks you to go to the Dragon's Den which is behind the gym
and obtain an item called the Dragon Fang. Oh come on! All that
battling and you won't give up the badge... what the hell Clair? No
wonder you are so tough because a battle isn't enough to obtain a badge
from her... she makes you get something which is just ridiculous. Oh
