No status for this one because it was short.I had a hard time with
capturing Lugia so therefore I'm left with no other choice. Here's
where you can get your hands on Lugia in Pokemon Soul Silver. It'll be
at Level 45 and will have the following attacks; Aeroblast, Rain Dance,
Hydro Pump and Extrasensory. Be prepared for a long battle if you plan
to capture it but for me, I had no choice but to use the Mater Ball. In
my opinion, it was the only way but you have your own ways on capturing
