It's time for the Gym Leader Rematches! This one is against Falkner. Unlike Platinum, where you had the Battleground, you have to get their Phone Number, then call them on a particular day at a particular time.
Falkner - Phone Information:
You can get the phone number on Mondays, from 00:00 to 23:59. He will be on 4F of the Celadon Department Store arguing with Janine. Answer 'Yes' and he will give you his phone number. You can call him on Saturday morning (4am-10am) and he will be waiting in Saffron City's Fighting Dojo.
