Meowth with Slash, Bubblebeam, Shadow Ball, and Thunderbolt + King's Rock (1/10 chance target flinches if holder does damage first)
Gastly with Shadow Ball, Psychic, Giga Drain, and Thunderbolt + Focus Band (May endure an attack at 1HP)

Here is the Round 1 Little Cup Tournament that is home to only Pokemon that just got hatched out from an egg and is capable of evolving. Due to how I had little to no slots in my Crystal File, I decided to use one of the Registered Sets I had with the Baby Mons I hatched.
