The first boss of the game is a joke right? No not even close

Difficulty: 8/10
Unironically one of the toughest bosses in the game. Gabite has a respectable 165 HP so he'll take multiple turns to bring down but also you don't really have any fairy, ice, or dragon moves to hit him with.

But his bulk isn't what makes him deadly it's his attack.

This boss can use sand attack to crash your accuracy into the dirt making it hard to hit him, and making that 165 HP feel a lot steeper.

Dragon rage does a flat 30 damage which is genrally nothing crazy but ridiculously powerful this early in the game because even with multiple oran berry HP buffs it was still taking out half my HP. Without those buffs it does closer to 90% of your HP.

Otherwise he has dig which straight up kills you at this point in the game but hey it's not too bad just dodge right. Well...

Sand tomb exists and dealing around 15 damage it doesn't seem bad but it's trap damage meaning you're getting hit every turn and you can't dodge him when he goes for dig.

This fight is almost comedically difficulty for a first boss but thankfully he's also the hardest boss for well over half the game
