So quite a few hours later into the game we unlock Nectar meadows and Imma be honest this dungeon is a massive jump in difficulty if you aren't a fire type as there are multiple fully evolved pokemon present, durant, ambipom, accelgor, and diggersby.

Then you get to the boss fight against beedrill and... it's pretty easy tbh. You may need to use a reviver seed but I had 6 by this point. The combee have very little HP and mostly just exist to spam sweet scent lowering your evasion leaving you open for fury attack. This can do some absurd damage for early game but... I have counter.

Alternatively you now have access to team attacks giving you more direct control over your party members and more importantly letting you get your partner out of the mosh pit. This is also a great chance to use any team skills you may have such as Reflect, safeguard, or growl.

With that the second major boss is down.
