At the start of the video, I show a Mystery Gift code for Pokémon Legends: Arceus which is only available from your local game shop, or if you live in the UK, you can get your code from the GAME Online Store, and you get a Hisuian Growlithe and 20 Feather Balls, and from what I have read, that Hisuian Growlithe will have the Hidden Ability of Justified when transferred into Pokémon HOME, not sure when they will announce Pokémon HOME compatibility with Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Then for this week's Surprise Trade, and it is Remoraid, and I usually breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Modest for the Nature, Remoraid can work as either a Physical or Special Attacker, but I find that it is better as a Special Attacker. It can work with Quiet, as its evolved form Octillery is very slow. I went with Sniper for the Ability, while it does get Moody for its Ability, I find that Sniper is more reliable.
The Egg Moves I went with were Water Spout, Acid Spray, Haze, and Supersonic, the other moves it gets are Octazooka and Flail, I will list which parents in the Water 1 and Water 2 Egg Groups that can learn those moves.
Acid Spray: Wooper, Quagsire, Qwilfish (Requires Chain Breeding)
Flail: Goldeen, Seaking, Magikarp, Gyarados, Chinchou, Lanturn, Corsola, Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, Feebas, Milotic, Relicanth, Tympole, Palpitoad, Seismitoad, Basculin, Stunfisk, G-Stunfisk, Clauncher, Clawitzer
Haze: Wooper, Quagsire
Octazooka: Octillery, Grapploct
Supersonic: Goldeen, Seaking, Chinchou, Lanturn, Mantine, Mudkip, Marshtomp, Swampert, Wingull, Pelipper, Tympole, Palpitoad, Seismitoad
Water Spout: Wailmer, Wailord

I didn't go with Octazooka, as it learns it as an Octillery anyway, and Flail because so many Pokémon in Remoraid's Egg Group can learn that move, and Water Spout is a really good move to have. In Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, Remoraid can get Aurora Beam, Entrainment, Mud Shot, Rock Blast, Screech, Snore, and Swift, and as for recommended Egg Moves, I would say Entrainment over Supersonic, the rest can stay the same. Remoraid already learns Aurora Beam, and its evolved form Octillery can learn Rock Blast, and as for Entrainment, it learns it through Chain Breeding with the Seel line and Luvdisc. It couldn't learn it in this game because the Clauncher line, which can learn Entrainment, were not in the base game.
Remoraid's moves learned by levelling up have good versatility, it can learn Water Gun, Helping Hand, Water Pulse, Focus Energy, Psybeam, Aurora Beam, Bubble Beam, Lock-On, Bullet Seed, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Soak, and Hyper Beam. Its evolved form Octillery can learn Octazooka, Gunk Shot, and Rock Blast.
Next are TMs and TRs, Octillery can learn Thunder Wave, Thief, Icy Wind, Whirlpool, Bounce, Mud Shot, Brine, Payback, and Assurance, and for TRs, it can learn Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Psychic, Waterfall, Sludge Bomb, Seed Bomb, Energy Ball, Flash Cannon, Sludge Wave, Scald, and Liquidation, and it can learn Skitter Smack for its Tutor Move.
Despite Octillery's excellent versatility, its stats don't cut it for online battles, it has low Speed, its defenses are below average, and while it does have good Attack and Special Attack, it doesn't compare to the top tier Pokémon, so it's a tricky Pokémon to use. It does work well in Trick Room teams, and it can put Water Spout to great use there, and it has wide coverage in moves like Flamethrower, Energy Ball, and Ice Beam, it could use a Physical set with Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, Liquidation, Bounce, and many other moves. Water Spout works best in Double Battles, it can use Protect on the first turn while its teammate sets up Trick Room, then it can use Water Spout to get in some heavy damage, but aside from that, Octillery is outclassed by many better Water-type Pokémon, while it is good that it can learn moves of many different types, its low Speed and defensive stats are a downside to it, but it can get in some good hits on its opponents with the right set-up.
Octillery has had so many funny moments in more recent games, the best example is New Pokémon Snap, where Octillery is the one Pokémon that has had the most funny moments in the entire game, but anyway, while it is great that a Water-type Pokémon can learn a wide variety of moves, its low Speed is a drawback to it, and Octillery does face competition with many other Pokémon. I did like the detail of Remoraid where it can be seen under Mantine's wing in its Gen 2 and 3 sprites, and for Mantine's sprites in Gen 4 onwards, Remoraid no longer appears under Mantine's wing.
