Here is the next Pokémon for Surprise Trade, and it is Marill, this Water-type Pokémon introduced in Gen 2 has been through some different names, it had the fan name of "Pikablu" because of its resemblance to Pikachu, and before the release of Gold & Silver, its named was spelt "Marril" in some merchandise from the first movie, which is the same spelling as "Marriland", which is what it reminds me of when trading those Marill, because it reminds me of Marriland's X & Y Wonder Trade streams.
I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Adamant for the Nature, I didn't want to go with Sap Sipper, because Huge Power is way better, Sap Sipper doesn't benefit Marill, aside from an immunity to Grass-type moves. I didn't breed for Azurill, because that would mean you have to give the Sea Incense to a Marill, so you won't guarantee Nature and EVs, so you would have to leave out either the Everstone or Destiny Knot.
The Egg Moves I went with were Aqua Jet, Belly Drum, Perish Song, and Soak, the other moves Marill learns through breeding are Copycat, Sing, Present, Supersonic, and Tickle, I will list which parents in the Water 1 and Fairy Egg Groups that can learn those moves.
Aqua Jet: Golduck, Kabuto, Kabutops, Tirtouga, Carracosta, Clauncher, Clawitzer, Popplio, Brionne, Primarina
Belly Drum: Poliwag, Poliwhirl, Poliwrath, Politoed
Copycat: Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff
Perish Song: Lapras, Politoed, Cursola
Present: Delibird
Sing: Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Lapras, Popplio, Brionne, Primarina
Soak: Psyduck, Golduck, Remoraid, Octillery, Pelipper, Dewpider, Araquanid, Pyukumuku, Sobble, Drizzile, Inteleon
Supersonic: Mantine, Mudkip, Marshtomp, Swampert, Wingull, Pelipper, Tympole, Palpitoad, Seismitoad
Tickle: Pikachu, Raichu, Clefairy, Clefable, Lapras, Omanyte, Omastar, Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, Mawile, Feebas, Milotic, Cherubi, Cherrim, Cottonee, Whimsicott, Pyukumuku, Togedemaru, Morpeko (Requires Chain Breeding)

I went with the ones that were the most useful, Aqua Jet and Belly Drum are good moves to have on Marill and its evolved form Azumarill.
Next are its moves, Marill learns Rollout, Defense Curl, Tackle, Water Gun, Tail Whip, Helping Hand, Bubble Beam, Charm, Slam, Bounce, Aqua Tail, Play Rough, Aqua Ring, Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Double-Edge, and Superpower. It evolves into Azumarill at Level 18, but you can keep it as a Marill until Level 21 until it has learned Aqua Tail and Play Rough so that Azumarill can be very useful at the point in the game you can get it.
Then for TMs and TRs, starting with TMs, Azumarill can learn Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Ice Punch, Dig, Light Screen, Icy Wind, Whirlpool, Facade, Brick Break, Dive, Bounce, Bulldoze, Brutal Swing, and a few other moves, and for TRs, it can learn Waterfall, Body Slam, Amnesia, Encore, Iron Tail, Work Up, and Liquidation, and it can learn Steel Roller and Misty Explosion for Tutor moves.
Azumarill has had an interesting competitive history, it wasn't that great back in Gen 2, as it was just a bulky Water-type Pokémon that was overshadowed by Vaporeon. It got Huge Power in Gen 3, but Water-type moves were Special back then, it wasn't till Gen 4 that Azumarill became useful in online battles due to the Physical and Special split, and it has access to Aqua Jet, then Gen 6, Azumarill got the Fairy-type, and it can use Aqua Jet and Belly Drum on the same set, making it a very powerful force in battle. As for moves, Azumarill can use its usual Belly Drum and Aqua Jet while holding a Sitrus Berry, and it can use Play Rough for a good Fairy-type move, and for coverage, it can use Ice Punch or Superpower. Azumarill can even make use of a Choice Band, swapping out Belly Drum for another attacking move like Liquidation, and it can even be a good user of the Assault Vest with its high HP stat. I have seen some players use Azumarill for Whirlpool and Perish Song, but this is better done with Lapras or Politoed, as Azumarill has Huge Power and get in some heavy damage after the use of Belly Drum, and access to a priority move in Aqua Jet.
Despite its success in Single Battles, Azumarill is trickier to use in Double Battles, as it usually requires a teammate with Follow Me while Azumarill uses Belly Drum, because it is not easy to set up in a Double Battle, Gigantamax Snorlax is a better option for Belly Drum, and as with Physical Water-type attackers, Azumarill is outclassed by Dracovish, Gyarados, and Rapid Strike Urshifu in Double Battles, and for Fairy-type Pokémon, Mimikyu, Grimmsnarl, and Togekiss outclass it. Azumarill is good in Single Battles, but in Double Battles, there are better options to choose from.
