The second DLC update for Pokémon Sword & Shield is now available, this one is The Crown Tundra, and I continue from my Pokémon Sword Playthrough like I did with the Isle of Armor. I go to Wedgehurst Station to board a train to the frozen land, and I meet up with a man named Peony, who was once a Steel-type Gym Leader, and he tests me before exploring this large, frozen land.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

To access The Crown Tundra, if you have downloaded the DLC for this game, go to Wedgehurst and show your Crown Pass to the man at the station, and you can take a train to The Crown Tundra.
Once you arrive, you meet up with a man named Peony and his daughter, and before you access The Crown Tundra, Peony challenges you to a battle. I will go over his team, which is at Level 70.
Copperajah: Heavy Slam, Play Rough, High Horsepower, Superpower
Aggron: Crunch, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Body Press

Peony is tough if you come in unprepared, so make sure you bring some Pokémon at Level 70 or higher, and his Aggron does have a Sitrus Berry and Sturdy, so don't expect to take it out in one hit.
After the battle, the next place you have to go is the Max Lair, and The Crown Tundra has some Pokémon that were previously not native to Galar, I could go over each of them.
To start things off is Jynx, it is an Ice/Psychic-type with good Speed and Special Attack, but very frail in Defense. It is the only Pokémon to learn Lovely Kiss, but it has 75 Accuracy, so it's a Sleep Powder clone. You can encounter its pre-evolved form Smoochum as a random encounter.
Very rarely, you can find Audino, it is a 1% encounter, and they give a ton of experience when caught or defeated. Like how the Isle of Armor had Chansey, you can find Audino throughout The Crown Tundra. As for stats, Audino has good HP and defensive stats, it is a Pokémon more suited for Double Battles with its support moves like Heal Pulse and many others.
Swablu can be found in Overcast or Snow weather, it evolves into Altaria, an underrated Dragon/Flying-type with good Special Defense, but kind of average for the rest of its stats, I would say it is decent, but since you do fight a lot of high levelled opponents, it's not worth your time going for Altaria.
Next is Amaura, I never would have thought you can find wild Fossil Pokémon, to evolve Amaura into Aurorus, it has to level up at night. It has a unique Ability called Refrigerate where its Normal-type moves become Ice-type moves, and it has good HP and Special Attack, but here's the downside to is, Aurorus is a Rock/Ice-type Pokémon, this is one of the worse defensive type combos, because it is 4x weak to Fighting and Steel, and it is weak to a lot of common types.
If it is snowing, you can find Cryogonal, it has very high Special Defense and Speed, but low Defense. Cryogonal's main role is to set up with screens, and it is a good user of the Light Clay. It has decent Special Attack to make use of moves like Ice Beam and Flash Cannon, it is a decent option to consider.
For intense sun, you can find Magmar, and there is a 5% chance you can find Magmar holding the Magmarizer, which will allow it to evolve into Magmortar when traded. You can even find Magmortar in the overworld, it has high Special Attack and an excellent movepool, being able to use moves like Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Psychic, and Scorching Sands. It is a good Fire-type if want to try out some Pokémon from The Crown Tundra, its pre-evolved form Magby is a random encounter.
I can list some other notable Pokémon, you can find Piloswine in the wild, its pre-evolved form Swinub can be found as a random encounter, and you can find Mamoswine as a special overworld encounter. For overcast, you can find Sneasel and Phantump, and their evolved forms Weavile and Trevenant are found in the overworld. In a snowstorm, you can find Glalie and Froslass as overworld encounters, and for the fog, you can find Mimikyu.
The Crown Tundra is a Wild Area as well, and you can find some good items and TRs, and for Max Raid Battles, Audino can appear in the Common Dens, and in the Rare Dens, you can find Delibird, much like with how every Isle of Armor Raid Den had Chansey and Blissey, which gave you a lot of Rare Candies if you defeated them. Defeating an Audino in a Max Raid Battle give you a ton of Rare Candies and a very rare chance of obtaining a Gold Bottle Cap, and defeating a Delibird can give you a PP Up, PP Max, a Luxury Ball, and a rare chance of getting a Dream Ball. You can find Dynite Ore, which is like Armorite Ore in the Isle of Armor, I will go more into Dynite Ore later on.
