It is time to help Peony out with his quest, and right before leaving Freezington, Sonia comes and tells me about the footprints, which could belong to a Legendary Pokémon, and then go to Giant's Bed to find the Mayor of Freezington. While at Giant's Bed, we find some ruins that is said to be where a Steel-type Legendary Pokémon is said to be found.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Right as you leave Freezington, you can find some footprints, and you learn from Sonia about a trio of Legendary Pokémon by their classifications, Iron Will, Cavern, and Grassland, which could mean the Swords of Justice must be the ones that left those footprints.
Giant's Bed is a huge area, and there are a lot of Pokémon to go over, but the main thing is the ruins, you need to whistle to open the door, and if you light up the dots, you can activate the statue, which leads to a fight with Registeel.
Registeel is Level 70, and its moves are Flash Cannon, Heavy Slam, Charge Beam, and Iron Defense, it has 150 Defense and Special Defense, so it is the more defensive out of the Legendary Titans, or Legendary Golems, or Regi Trio as most people refer to them as. It can be tricky to catch, as Legendary Pokémon have a very low catch rate.
When you catch Registeel, I will go over it, it's not the most offensive Pokémon, so it is more about being defensive, you can teach it Curse and give it moves like Iron Head, Earthquake, and Rock Slide to give it some attacks, and it is a good user of Body Press and Iron Defense. Registeel cannot learn Toxic or Seismic Toss unless you transfer over one from a previous game, and Seismic Toss can only be learned by Registeel in FireRed & LeafGreen, so it does surprise me why they didn't include Seismic Toss as a TM move in this game.
Giant's Bed is full of different Pokémon, and you can find Bronzong and Stonjourner throughout the place, Stonjourner is exclusive to Sword, and you can find the Nidoran line, and special overworld encounters with Nidorina, Nidorino, Nidoqueen, and Nidoking, they are good Pokémon to include for your team.
For new encounters, you can find Aerodactyl, this is a fast Rock/Flying-type with good Attack, and it can use some good Physical moves, like Stone Edge and Iron Head, and can be taught Earthquake, Dragon Dance, and the Elemental Fangs, and through Move Tutor, it can get Dual Wingbeat. Aerodactyl is a good Pokémon to add to your team if you can get one of those.
In a thunderstorm, you can find Electabuzz, but you can also find Elekid as a random encounter. There is a rare chance that an Electabuzz you catch can be holding an Electirizer, but you can find one here. When traded while holding the Electirizer, it will evolve into Electivire, but you can find Electivire as an overworld encounter. It is an Electric-type with a high Attack stat and access to some good moves, like the Elemental Punches, Earthquake, Wild Charge, Brick Break, and Darkest Lariat. Electivire can be used mixed, as it can use Psychic and Flamethrower, and it's a good Electric-type option to add to your team.
Absol is a decent Dark-type with a good Attack stat and very average stats all-around, it's not the worse Pokémon, as it can use Swords Dance and Sucker Punch for some good damage. Absol learns some good Physical moves, like Knock Off, Night Slash, Megahorn, Rock Slide, Psycho Cut, Close Combat, Zen Headbutt, Throat Chop, Play Rough, and many other moves, it is versatile for a Dark-type, so it can be a good Pokémon to include for your team.
Through fishing, you can find Lileep, a Rock/Grass-type Fossil Pokémon, and one that I have never been a fan of. Lileep evolves into Cradily, which is a very defensive Pokémon that can be very hard to take down, which is the reason why I don't like Cradily that much. Some of you might like that Pokémon, and it does get moves like Leech Seed, Recover, Stockpile, Giga Drain, and a few others. Cradily can be a good Physical attacker with Swords Dance, Power Whip, Rock Slide, and Earthquake, so it's not a bad Pokémon if you feel like using one.
For other overworld encounters, you can find Altaria, Mimikyu, Chandelure, Vanilluxe, and evolved forms of Eevee.
When you find the Mayor at some field, he goes back to Freezington, and you can read a bunch of books on his shelf, which gives a bit of lore about Calyrex, and his proud steed, which is said to either be a Ghost-type or an Ice-type Pokémon, and then we have to talk to Calyrex for our next objective.
