I used Work Up against Rood's Herdier to 2HKO it with Flame Charge and I OHKO'd Swoobat with Thunderpunch while I outsped it. I entered the gym and I could not OHKO the first Baltoy. I OHKO'd Drilbur with Return to avoid Dig and I used Work Up against the Baltoy so I could OHKO it and Sandile.
Clay was a lot easier with the Air Balloon and I sacrificed Psyduck to take the Intimidate. Krokorok could now use either Torment and Crunch and I used Work Up. I used Flame Charge to bring Krokorok in the red so Clay would heal it. This allowed me to use another Work Up and I used another Flame Charge to OHKO it. I used Strength and Flame Charge to 2HKO Sandslash. It's Bulldoze brought me into Blaze, but I think that two Work Up's were enough to OHKO Excadrill with Flame Charge.

Saved at 1:20 with a L33 Pignite.
