Calem has won a major victory, a super, major victory that ultimately closes his chapter of the journeys of the young prodigy Pokemon Trainers in each region of the world. However, in the anime universe of the Pokemon world, there is one hero who keeps failing at every turn. And some, if not most of us, are getting tired of seeing him fail every time. I mean, seriously, no one should have so much bad luck.

I know this video will upset some people who resent rants about Ash Ketchum's losing streak, my final White Version 2 video which made a brief insult to Ash upset one person (I'm looking at YOU, Sawtje2!), but I'm not going to apologize for speaking out with everyone else, this repetitiveness must end, it lacks logic and sense. The anime developers led us fans to believe that Ash had a 100% chance of winning the Kalos League and qualifying to challenge the Kalos League's Elite Four and Champion. There is something wrong with the anime, the developers are making very questionable decisions in how they handle the anime, especially in sending Ash to school when he goes to the Alola region. I don't get it. How will going to school help him become a Pokemon Master? Why won't they let him compete in the Island Trial Challenge like how the game is doing? The Island Trial Challenge is more similar to the Pokemon League than a school. Somehow, I knew this would happen. I knew the anime would diverge further away from the games. Maybe the anime developers chose to go this route because they know that some, if not most of their fans will expect him to fail the Island Trial Challenge, a very likely outcome after losing six Pokemon Leagues in a row. I can't help wondering in the Sun and Moon anime, has he given up on being a Pokemon Master? Because even if he graduates, he won't graduate alone, school is not a competition to be the best Pokemon Trainer, it is a place of learning with other people, even if it is a school about Pokemon.
