Poly Star is a small casual, arcade-style space shooter where the HP of the enemies is defined by the amount of sides on their polygon spaceships.
Sounds strange, but works out really well. The game has no in-app purchases (although the dev said he/she might add a "pay to get rid of ads" if it's something the players want?). In terms of monetization, the game throws an occasional ad here and there, but it happens every so rarely.
The controls are nice, and the game keeps you glued to the screen, as you actually have to tap the screen to shoot (no auto-shooting here!). Overall, a neat little indie game.
