Some ROM hacks generate a file you're supposed to play directly in an emulator. Here's how to turn that into a patch you can use with your Polymega!

You can also use this with random Homebrew ROMs! I'd recommend picking a 'base' ROM that's the same size as your 'target', but it can be any game. For example, Toy Story and S3&K worked for Mega Man Sequel Wars as they were all 4,096 KB.
