There's room for an extra second or two to come off of this by basically doing what I did, but knowing beforehand that the game retains your in-world window position between attempts.

This run uses World 204, BILUSCON. You begin outnumbering the enemy 30 to 5, and 4 of the enemies die right away. You kill the fifth one by taking advantage of your proximity to it to disrupt the land it tries to build on, causing it to die to the cold and ice.
