4:28 It's not over... it triggers the End of the Game, the game will end after the player sitting to the right of start player finishes his turn being the active player
This is done so that all players have the same number of turns being the active player
8:04 Obviously he doesn't know that because that wasn't the card on top of the deck when he decided to stop because he got 2 coins form the deck, so that was the 3rd card on top of the deck, not the first
9:43 He could have chosen to Repel that Yellow ship because he has 1 Sword and that Ship only needs 1 Sword to be Repelled, that would be a good thing to do so that he can keep drawing with more security
11:37 It's not when you are Drawing, it's every time that it's your turn to buy a card from the row if there are at least 5 cards in the buying row you immediately get 2 coins and then you can buy 1 card
