How to enable cheats:
Esc - Options - Keyboard/Mouse - Allow Developer Console.
Press the ` key (upper-left corner of your keyboard) to open the Developer Console.
This keybind can be changed.

How to bind cheats:
Open the developer console and type:
bind "(key)" "(command)"
Replace (key) with the desired key
Replace (command) with the desired command

Example:

bind "v" "noclip"

This will bind the V key to the noclip command.
