I discovered the glitch here. Apparently, if you change the portal with the one laser that is hitting the target to hit the other target, it thinks briefly that both targets are being hit. If you push yourself up against the edge of the door while this happens, the door will fully open up. This is the first map I use the lasers, but I don't even use them properly. :-P
