I'm surprised no one else though of this. I saw 2 other methods by DMTM and zech48, but they didn't seem like the most optimal. I think at the speed I did it in this route video, it looks like it would be a slow method, but I think your movement in and out of the portal could be optimized. Maybe I am wrong, but at least I gave it a try. I shoot an orange portal above the button so that the garbage falls onto the button to open the door.
