If you do a quick search on Youtube on relationships, you may be surprised to find something called "post-traumatic relationship disorder." I stumbled upon this term when doing some research and couldn't hardly believe what I was looking at.

Firstly, let me just clarify that there is no such diagnostic term as "post-traumatic relationship disorder." Post-traumatic stress disorder can result from destructive and abusive relationships that end badly. Domestic violence, a combination of gas-lighting and stonewalling for years, lying and deception, manipulation and cheating, dominating and controlling behaviors, financial abuse, sexual abuse or rape, and many other unhealthy and toxic behaviors can result in a victim displaying symptoms of PTSD.

In this video, I will briefly explore the red flags in unhealthy and destructive relationships that are often overlooked by those who walk away traumatized.
