Tav - Freed Orpheus (who became a mind flayer), defeated the Absolute with the help of his homies, convinced Orpheus to live to see the liberation of his people one day, romanced Shadowheart, went with Karlach to Avernus.

Wyll - Freed from Mizora's pact, rescued father, became Duke Wyll Ravengard

Lae'zel - Took Orpheus' Dragon to the Astral Plain to wage war against Vlaakith.

Shadowheart - Forsook Shar, embraced Selune, rescued parents, reunited with her lover, Tav, awaiting for his return from Avernus where a cottage full of animals are eager to meet him.

Gale - Took Crown of Karsus for himself, became the God of Ambition (He is in the video as you can hear from his bickering, but he became a massive pompous jerk after ascending to godhood so...) (To be fair this was also my first playthrough and didn't realize he'd become a massive prick lol)

Jaheira - Same old Jaheira, only she works with bureaucrats and embraced living in Baldur's Gate.

Volo - Alive, and still as charming/insufferable as ever depending on how you look at it.

Astarion - Killed Cazador, did not ascend, has become an adventurer/hero (and still enjoys killing, but that's our little elf twink).

Karlach - Infernal Engine patched, killed Gortash, went back to Avernus but took Tav with her. There is now hope that she (and Tav) will eventually be able to go back to Faerun.
