Tournament #11 ends in total mayhem as the final 8 characters battle to reach the end and become the chamption. Infinite meter will ensure no matter what happens, supers, EX moves, anything that could use meter, will not deplete. This means, I implemented coding in each character one at a time, in a form of masochism, just for this amount of absurdity. Which brought me to one conclusion, some people do NOT know how to code properly, i.e naming files wrong. (I'm no professional myself, but still). Who will win, how much chaos will ensue? A lot.
This was fun and crazy to put together.
