Interestingly, the type-e and type-f ships are also the type-a and type-b ships from eclosion. (the shmup orchard developed before this one)
They also play VERY differently from the main four ships (with the exception of type-d i suppose), instead of a devastating special attack they can unleash, they can use focus-fire that's present in many shmups to narrow their shot in order to inflict higher damage to a single target, but that's not all that focusing with these ships does, it also generates an energy orb in front of them that deals absurd damage to whatever it hits, making it capable of shredding bosses with ease, they also don't lose power-levels when you die, so dying repeatedly isn't as big of an issue is it would be in other shmups.
