Predator NES Speed Run
54This is a complete deathless "my men are not expendable" speed run of Predator for the NES. All of the cinematic scenes are included.
Although different paths (doors) can be taken in this game, I chose to enter the top doors whenever given the choice.
A Predatorrific glitch that took place in Stage 7 is also included following the speed run, in which the Predator flips off the screen, making it impossible to complete the level...so, there was no choice but to use the self-destruct option! Aaaarrghhh!
This is a tribute to the original Predator movie. To this day it remains my all-time favourite Arnold Schwarzenegger film. Hopefully my love for the movie shows through in this speed run, as I sure as hell didn't enjoy playing through this "one ugly motha faka" in comparison! The jumping is so damn slippery in Predator, that it stressed me out to the point that I actually lost 5 pounds while putting this run together, no joke! The CIA got me pushing too many pencils!
On a side note, Predator has some kick ass music, but that's about it. Gar, you should really add some of these tunes to the A & C Games music library, man!
