Ensuring audio and video are synchronised when you're editing your work can be a right pain, but with Adobe Premiere Pro, as long as the two files have the same audio you can automatically sync them, and replace video audio with better separately recorded sound.
In this tutorial I've recorded a screencast with OBS and my audio with my Zoom H1, and Premiere Pro automatically replaces the audio from the screen cast with the Zoom H1 recording.
