This is the start of a potential method of abusing the prevented progress glitch in Pocket Monsters Pikachu without cheating. By performing the save corruption glitch and swapping the first-eighth Pokémon with the ninth, the game thinks I've seen 152 Pokémon and own 56, so Professor Oak gives the Pokédex rating.

Unfortunately I don't know of a way to leave the lab due to having lots of Ane( dakuten)depami at level 255 that only know TM55 and otherwise game freezing Pokémon, but if you cheat to leave the lab and return after getting Oak's Parcel in your bag, the prevented progress glitch happens.
