When you go to the Viridian City Poké Mart, normally you're supposed to receive Oak's Parcel on the first visit but if you've already delivered Oak's Parcel, a glitch message appears once when you enter the Poké Mart and also after you talk to the shop assistant.

Thanks to GlitchManic for finding this glitch and the original method. (Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to deliver Oak's Parcel before going into the PokéMart without cheating).
