Welcome to another episode of YOLO, the show where I only live once. Today we're taking an early look at 20XX, the brand new Mega Man X-inspired action/platformer from indie newcomer Batterystaple Games. If you've been waiting for a Mega Man roguelike, then this may be for you. It's launching on Steam on September 15, but we're going to spend a few minutes playing through the first few randomly generated levels.
It's probably important to note that this game is in the alpha stages, so a lot of what we're seeing and hearing will probably change in the next month and a half. Hopefully this will give us a taste of what's to come, and I'll have a full review closer to September 15. But enough talk, let's shoot some robots.
