Against the concubine, you can use alternative routes thanks to the teleporting glitch. The first illusion, just go to her like normal. After the cutscene, you are right in the correct position to do the glitch. I appear at a strange spot on this vid, but it doesn't matter because it gets the job done. Your journey to the second illusion should shorten by maybe... 4-5 secs.

Now you may notice that this vid is actually comprised of many shorter clips because I can't do even this much platforming without falling down somewhere on the line. Anyway, after defeating second illusion, teleport again. You should appear in the same spot you did after the first teleportation (so, ignore the result of this vid). From there, make your way back to where the first illusion was. Hang on the ledge right next to the wall. Then jump away and do a teleport at the pole which is furthest from Elika. Afterwards, you end up inside the ledge, and from thereon can jump onto the platform the third illusion is on. Hmm, to be honest, I don't know if this strategy is faster. But I do know that this vid is not optimal, and doesn't work as a perfect comparison. Sometimes you can get through the floor without problems by just jumping, like in the Ruined Citadel black gate skip.

EDIT: there definitely exists a faster way to do the third illusion, by just jumping from the pole to the platform. A lot simpler... Credits to Aphox.
