I had trouble getting past a trap here in the Past. You have to hang on a ledge until a spiked log rolls above,then jump to a crusher trap and get safely to the other side. Beyond you'll finally find a good weapon,the Scorpion Sword. This powerful blade can destroy weak walls,and rend weak enemies. Use your new toy against a horde of enemies that appear,and then start making your way through this new area. You'll soon start running into new enemies that look like Gladiators. These guys block just about everything. Dual weapons attacks,throws,and using sand attacks are effective against them. They're pretty annoying to fight with all the blocking though. Fight through the enemies and get past the relatively puzzles,and you'll soon come across a boss. It's a Golem with lots more health,nothing special about him really. Best chance for the most damage is when you get on his shoulders,slow time to get the most amount of hits to his head. Climb up,and in the next room,fight off more enemies. There are 2 walls to destroy in here,one is a switch and the other is a door that the switch opens,that leads through a trap hallway to Life Upgrade 7. Save point nearby.
