You'll find Natz in the throne room, but she and some other girls are locked behind some spikes. The room to the west has a mini-boss battle with Lance.

[ 0:17 ] Boss: Lance

You can't make him surrender in this battle, so simply beat on him. Be sure to pack some coffee, since some of his physical attacks can inflict instant death.

While traveling through the fortress, don't forget to unlock the shortcut in the west side of the fortress to get back to the Ice Cave. You'll need it because Lance will block the main entrance once you free Natz.

[ 47:54 ] Boss: Lance & Neon Valkyrie

Watch the health of the back row members, since Neon Valkyrie can damage the back row with its ramming attack. Once the tank is down, damage Lance until his sprite looks tired, and then have Natz use her 7th Heaven Limit Break. This will cause Lance to fall in lust and surrender.

Regardless of how you end the fight, Lance will join as a party member / prisoner, since the party can't just trust a freaking Nazi.
