Unlike me, you should save the optional mini-bosses until after you reach the final save point in Iris, since they're higher leveled than the Iris guardians.
You can grab the chest behind Foria-Daros by changing into a Roo, sneaking to the chest, untransforming, and quickly having Duren open it. Be sure to have some Roda Droplets just in case though.
For the ultimate weapon, I chose Adol's first because he's going to be required for the very last fight in the game. Note that time attack doesn't give you ultimate weapons for some reason. BLASPHEMY.
