After checking all the classes and comparing their stats I've come to a conclusion that Elder is probably the best class for plasma caster spam build. The perks I was running: Dithered lens(Self explanatory, enemies can never see where you're firing from and therefore will be surprised, snipers won't be able to destroy your mask since they cant see the laser), Energy cell(Elder comes with more energy than normal hunter class, with energy cell you can shoot fully charged plasma caster shots 6 times while staying invisible), Down range(Extra damage would never hurt would it? With this perk fully charged shot direct hit does 132 dmg, which means you will one shot squishy classes like scout and recon). The only drawback I found is that it takes so long to replenish your energy, I believe in this case it is faster to just overload and get your energy fully back in ~12 seconds than wait for it to restore in ~30 seconds. Either way, I had some more footage with this class, but I was using a controller to put myself into console players boots, will upload it once I get some more footage for a longer video.
P.S Stop using melee weapons! Use plasma caster builds and bow if you want to start winning
