Yes indeed this is an HD remake of sorts of the original Balrog (or Mike as he was called) back when his stage was Mount Rushmore. First of all he does way too much damage, but that kind of damage was actually normal for SF1. But that doesn't excuse getting stuck in the air and a super that uses KFM's portrait. I honestly salute the effort to remake some of the old Street Fighter characters and Chuchoryu did a few other characters as well such as classic Birdie, but he probably could have put more time and effort into them to make them more solid fighters.
