Instead of getting a pre-made fabric like this stuff from Carl's Blackout [http://amzn.to/1a6hV0B] I took it upon myself to test some Spandex Material I got from Spandex World [http://spandexworld.com/]. After all the testing of the various samples I have decided the Matte Milleskin Ivory (1423) will be my final top layer with the Matte Milleskin Black (796) backing it up. The stretchy nature of the material should make it easier to deal with than a solid fabric.
