Dwarf +10% Armour for 8 seconds is huge and the 5 expertise from Maces is really helpful as your BiS is a Mace

You can also replace Conviction 5/5 with 5/5 divinity and vice versa
Some people prefer to go with Prot/Holy spec for more utility, if you have good hunters/rogues or youre a good player/have good gear and threat is NEVER an issue OR youre always off tanking then this is really nice for you and your raid team.

Prepot Divine Plea then holyshield 5 seconds before pull


I like to Taunt on pull as this guarantees at least 1 tank has guaranteed threat even if I am off tanking. This helps unecessary deaths.

Extra Info / Tips
1. Havoc gives more long term threat whereas Mithrios gives you more immediate threat.

2. Main Tanking vs Off Tanking
Are you mostly main-tanking bosses?
As main-tank you are permanent on aggro duty with one eye on survive-ability. Being hit & expertise capped should be essential to maintain constant and solid aggro. Defensive stats are secondary goal.
Are you often finding yourself off-tanking bosses?
As off-tank you certainly have the freedom to change the stat priority a bit around. The hit & expertise cap is less important and you could choose a few more defensive items/gems/talents/enchants or glyphs.

3. The reason we take 2/2 for Pursuit of Justice is because it helps with tanking Shamblings and Viles at Lich King.
