6Proximo Tarchon, Ultramarines Centurion from HH book 29, The Vengeful Spirit by Graham McNeill.
Proximo Tarchon was a Centurion of the 9th Division, IInd Battlegroup, 25th Chapter of the XIIIth Legion Ultramarines garrisoned on Molech in when Horus invaded the world.
Tarchon leads a strike force to 30 legionaries to confront Horus and his honour guard the Justaerin in close combat when they board the Guardian of Aquinas, he nearly stabs Horus in the neck, kicks him in the midriff cracking the eye on his armour and survives. He probably has the biggest balls of the Heresy alongside that one armed Fisty in the AoD cinematic trailer. He is later rescued by the Knights-Errant in Garviel Loken's Pathfinders.
Severian borrows his gladius in the short story Wolf Mother by Graham McNeill, and comments that Tarchon will be wanting it back, suggesting the Tarchon may recover after The Vengeful Spirit and could potentially have joined the Knights-Errant.
I've tried to be as accurate as possible to Horus' description of his wargear with this build and paintjob including:
transverse ivory crest on his helmet
bolt pistol
power buckler shield
gladius with a red leather handgrip, cobalt blue scabard, and an ivory hemispherical pommel with XIII surrounded by a laurel wreath

I replaced the torso with a generic MK IV power armour torso because the Praetor torso with the fourragère is too ostentatious for a Centurion. I also replaced the left pauldron with an ForgeWorld MK IV Ultramarines shoulder https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-GB/Ultramarines-Legion-MKIV-Shoulder-Pads. I replaced the volite serpenta with a bolt pistol from the MK III weapons set https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-GB/Legion-MKIII-Power-Weapons-Set. The shield is from the vanguard veterns box https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Space-Marine-Vanguard-Veteran-Squad-2020.
