It's such a bad thing that Adobe has retired from developing Photoshop Touch, it also makes the Adobe ID for Photoshop Touch that let you upload your own project to the Adobe Cloud become extinct.
But luckily I've discovered another alternative and effective ways to solve this problem, by share the project using RAR app by RARLab and then extract it Offline without Adobe ID account. By backing up the project, you can share your own project or even upload it to somewhere, edit it on the other device that has PS Touch installed on it, etc.

Keep focusing on the subtitle and also if you find it's too fast, change the video playback options, or pause it.
