PS1 - Crime Killer (1997-12-3 Protoype) - Mission 1 - Break In
1The first of the 8 playable missions featured in this early alpha prototype build of Crime Killer, built on December 3, 1997, 6 months before its final release.
As it probably may surprise you, this build looks and feels very similar to the playable demo of the game that was featured on various demo discs in Europe and the US, except it has a different text font during gameplay and it has a pause menu! Plus, from the one mission that was featured in the demo, it also has 7 more levels which also has the Bike and Wing fully playable, all playable via a level select screen in addition to the password screen (Which is pretty pointless when it has a level select screen right from the start). The music that was featured in the demo is the same except it seems to be more extended, yet cut-off. However, this tune is basically the only tune you'll ever hear throughout the build, with the execption of the main menu music, which has surprisingly a much different tune than the one featured in the later yet currently unleaked builds and in the final game. Plus, it now has different secondary weapons you can equip to your car, bike and wing!
